Underground Technical Services Ltd (UTS) is very pleased to announce the opening of its newly-built showroom and trade counter at its premises in Dublin, Ireland. Whilst many existing customers have already visited and utilised the new facility, Mike Sheehy, managing director of UTS said: “We are looking forward to welcoming the rest of our existing customers and many new ones in due course. We would be more than happy to show people around our new showroom to highlight the extensive range of equipment we now offer over the counter and on order. So anyone who may be in the area please feel free to pop in for a look around and a coffee.”
With the new showroom UTS has been able to greatly increase the level and range of equipment and tools that are now held in stock, this means that customers can benefit not only from immediate availability but also from local demonstrations on a large range of equipment. The showroom is stocked with the ROM Compact Pro van pack jetting machine, a Rausch mainline crawler camera CCTV pipeline inspection system, the full range of minCam pushrod CCTV inspection camera systems as well as various jetting nozzles and other tools and equipment associated with the drain and sewer industry.
“Our highly trained and experienced staff members are also able to offer wide ranging advice on the types of equipment we have in stock and where this equipment is best suited in terms of application. This will allow customers to make the most informed and cost-effective decisions when looking to purchase a piece of equipment for their business.”
In order to cater to increased demand UTS has also increased its workshop area and service staff numbers as well as adding a much larger spares store. “The purpose of this investment in staff, building, stock and spares,” said Mike Sheehy, “is to enable the company to offer an even higher level of service, support and solutions to our customers.” Customers can keep up to date with all the latest news and developments by following the UTS Facebook and LinkedIn Company Pages or by signing up to the UTS company Newsletter at www.utsltd.ie.
In addition to the new well-stocked showroom in Dublin, UTS is currently finalising construction and fitting out of a new Demonstration vehicle. This van is equipped with the hugely popular ROM Compact Pro van pack jetting machine, a Rausch mainline crawler camera system, several models from the minCam pushrod camera range as well as various jetting nozzles and other equipment. Commenting on the new demonstration van, which is expected to be fully operational by March 2016, Mike said: “We understand that our customers are often too busy to visit our showroom. Now our new demo van will be able call on our customers at a time and place that suits them anywhere across the UK and Ireland. This not only ensures that our customers time remains cost effective to them but also allows us at UTS to show how effective our systems are in the field and not just on a demonstration site.”
