Right of withdrawal
The purchaser can withdraw its order within 2 weeks without stating reasons in a written form (e. g. letter, fax, email) or by sending back the purchased product. The deadline starts at the earliest with the receipt of this information. In order to meet that deadline it is sufficient to send the written cancellation or the product back to PROFUNDIS. The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts concerning audio- and videotapes or software if the delivered data medium has been unsealed by the purchaser.

Consequences of a withdrawal
In case of a valid withdrawal both parties have to send back all received products / money. If the product can not be sent back completely or only partially or in a deteriorated form, the purchaser has to pay a compensation for the damage. It is not considered to be a damage if the deterioration has been caused to examine the product - similar to what would have been done in a store.
The purchaser can avoid all compensation claims on behalf of PROFUNDIS if he does not use the product a way if it was his property and if he refrains from everything that deteriorates the value of the product.
Products that can be send back in parcels have to be send back to PROFUNDIS that way. The expenses for the shipment have to be covered by the purchaser if the product corresponds to what had been ordered and if the price of the to be returned product does not exceed 40 € or if the purchaser of a product exceeding 40 € has not paid the complete or part of the price. Otherwise the shipment is free of charge for the purchaser.
